In homage to the original Moka Java, our version counterbalances sweet and earthy, with bright and fruity to create something magical.

Like the original, centuries old coffee blend. We take a wet hulled indonesian origin and pair it with a fruity Ethiopian origin. The contrast makes for a very interesting and balanced cup. This medium-dark roast is especially good as espresso, making for a sweet and acidic cup.
