There have been enormous improvements in the decaffeination of coffee in recent years, mainly from better processing and the use of higher quality green coffee. We use coffee that has been decaffeinated with the Swiss or Mountain Water method, a chemical free process that removes 99% of the caffeine and retains all the flavour, aroma and goodness of regular coffee. Here is our selection of carefully roasted decaf that we love drinking, any time of day.
