Shipping policy
We offer free, standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $50.00. Otherwise a flat standard shipping rate applies to 250g and 1kg bags. Customers have the option to pay an Express Shipping rate.
ORDER DISPATCH TIMES:
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched from Carmelas within 2 business days.
- Saturday and Sunday: Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched from Carmelas within 2 business days.
- Peak Promotion, Festive Season and NSW Public Holidays: For orders placed during these periods, please allow 3 - 4 business days for orders to be dispatched from Carmelas.
Please Note: Orders placed before 2pm are not able to have address updates made.
Orders placed after 2pm are able to have their address updated before 2pm the next day. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it to a new address.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES:
Once dispatched from the warehouse, customers will receive an email update with the order's tracking number.
- Standard Shipping: Australia Post Parcel Post deliveries should arrive within 2-6 business days after dispatch. Delivery progress can be tracked by entering the order tracking number into the Australia Post Track A Parcel page here. More information on Australia Post Delivery Speeds available here.
- Express Shipping: Star Track Express Post deliveries should arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch. Delivery progress can be tracked by entering the order tracking number into the Star Track Track A Parcel page here.
