What is the shelf life of your coffee?
Generally, whole beans will be best within 6 weeks of the roast date and decaf coffee is best within 4 weeks. However, if you purchase beans that are ground, then they would be best consumed within 2 weeks.
Can I use the coffee straight away?
Freshly roasted coffee is best left a few days as the carbon dioxide is slowly released. This is a normal chemical reaction from roasting and is harmless, but it does interfere with the flavours inherent in the coffee. Peak flavour can be up to 2 weeks after roasting.
What is the best way to store my coffee at home?
Keep coffee in an airtight container or in the resealable pouch it came in, inside a dark cupboard at ambient room temperature.
Can you grind my beans?
Absolutely. When ordering online, there will be an option to select whole beans or a grind based on your brewing method.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free Australia wide for orders over $50.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide. Sorry we don’t deliver to international addresses.
When will my order be dispatched?
We will dispatch your order within 3 business days.
Do I get a tracking number?
All postal deliveries will receive a tracking number.
Can I request a delayed shipping?
Sure. If the parcel has not already been sent, we can delay shipping. In the “Delivery comments” section at checkout, leave instructions on when you would like it to be sent.
Subscription
How do I know my order has gone through at each renewal?
At each renewal, you will be sent an email order confirmation before dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping on subscriptions?
Only if the subscription order is over $50.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Can I have more than one coffee on a subscription?
Yes you can. Any coffee you purchase a subscription for will have recurring orders for that same coffee at your preferred frequency. You can have multiple subscriptions.
What if I want to change coffee subscription?
If you want to change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
As coffee is a food item, we don’t accept returns. However, if your coffee arrived damaged in transit, get in touch with us.
